Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

3rd Aldermanic District

E. Albion St. - N. Prospect Ave. to N. Farwell Ave. (SM495120301) File Number 111282: Relay combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $70,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $85,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2013 construction season.

N. Bremen St. - E. Wright St. to E. Clarke St. (SM495130024) File Number 121678: Relay combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $143,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $158,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2013 construction season.
