This resolution authorizes the Commissioner of Public Works to execute a Project Agreement with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for the programming and construction of railroad crossings as part of the Phase II Downtown to Bay View Bikeway with 80% State and Federal aid under the Surface Transportation Program.
