Analysis

Currently, deputy chiefs and battalion chiefs in the fire department are eligible for a recall allowance in addition to their regular base compensation.  This ordinance repeals this provision.  Furthermore, currently, deputy chiefs, battalion chiefs and assistant chiefs are eligible for special CPR pay in addition to their regular base compensation.  This ordinance also repeals this provision.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 350-150 of the code is repealed.

Part 2.  Section 350-152.5 of the code is repealed.
