Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of the alley bounded by West Highland Avenue, West Juneau Avenue, North Old World Third Street and North 4^th Street

On the east side of the alley south of West Juneau Avenue and west of North Old World Third Street, from West Juneau Avenue to a point 125 feet south

Part 2.  Section 101-23-4-b of the Code relating to Thirty-Minute Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the east side of North 54^th Street from a point 46 feet south of the south line of West Locust Street to a point 60 feet further south thereof from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Sundays"

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-b of the Code relating to Thirty-Minute Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of North 54^th Street from a point 46 feet south of West Locust Street to a point 60 feet south thereof from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM everyday

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the north side of West Burleigh Street from North 90^th Street to North 91^st Street"

"On the north side of West Forest Home Avenue from South 48^th Street to South 49^th Street"

Part 5.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of West Burleigh Street from North 90^th Street to North 91^st Street

On the north side of West Forest Home Avenue from South 48^th Street to South 49^th Street
