This resolution increases the amount of payments received up to an additional $100,000 that the Milwaukee Police Department can receive from other law enforcement jurisdictions for training received at the department's Regional Training Center.

Whereas, The Common Council adopted Resolution File Number 040379 on July 27, 2004, approving acceptance and expenditure of not more than $100,000 from other law enforcement jurisdictions for training received at the department's Regional Training Center; and
Whereas, Payments made from other law enforcement jurisdictions have reached the authorized $100,000 limit; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that in reference to Resolution File Number 040379 adopted on July 27, 2004, the Milwaukee Police Department can receive up to an additional $100,000 from other law enforcement jurisdictions for a total received of up to $200,000; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is authorized and directed to transfer appropriations and estimated revenue from the Contribution Fund-General, account number 0001-2110-D001-006300, and the Estimated Revenue Account for contributions, account number 0001-2110-0001-009850 to the Police Department's Special Account 0001-3310-0001-D348-006X00, and the Police Department's Estimated Revenue Account 0001-3310-0001-009850.
