It will be a switch type of ramp providing an easy and safe means of access to the lower level of the building. It will be made of concrete and steel, which matches the steel fencing already on the property. The proposed ramp is an exemplary example. On behalf of staff, Mr. Jakubovich recommended approval. Mr. Hoeschen questioned the removal and replacement of windows on the building? Mr. Jakubovich replied that the window removals and replacements will likely be reviewed at the staff level. Mr. Bryant moved approval, seconded by Ald. Bauman, of a Certificate of Appropriateness for the installation of an accessible ramp at 1727 S. 9th Street. There were no objections.	Pass	4:0
