Analysis
This ordinance provides that a public entertainment event held in the city hall rotunda shall be exempt from the public entertainment premises license requirement when the event is authorized by the chair of the common council's public works committee.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 108-5-2-g of the code is created to read:
108-5. License Required.
2. EXEMPTION.
g. Any public entertainment event held in the city hall rotunda when authorized by the chair of the common council's public works committee pursuant to common council resolution file number 80-1039, adopted on February 10, 1981.
