Analysis
This substitute ordinance will change the zoning of six properties, located at 2708 West Wisconsin Avenue, 2812 West Wisconsin Avenue, 2830 West Wisconsin Avenue, 2838 West Wisconsin Avenue, 2805 West Wells Street and 763 North 28th Street, from Multi-Family Residential (RM7) to Two-Family Residential (RT3).
Body
Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-501.2(b).0004. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 2708 West Wisconsin Avenue, Tax Key No. 388-1101-000; 2812 West Wisconsin Avenue, Tax Key No. 388-1106-100; 2830 West Wisconsin Avenue, Tax Key No. 388-0310-100; 2838 West Wisconsin Avenue, Tax Key No. 388-2009-110; 2805 West Wells Street, Tax Key No. 388-0107-113; and 763 North 28th Street, Tax Key No. 388-0311-112, from Multi-Family Residential (RM7) to Two-Family Residential (RT3).
