The adoption of this ordinance will update the Official Map of the City of Milwaukee.
Body
Whereas, The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
There is hereby added to the City of Milwaukee Code a new section to read as follows:
Section 113-32.00112 of the Official Map, as mentioned and provided for in Section 113-32, is hereby amended so as to include the following additions as shown in the report on file in the City Clerk's office.

The following items 1 through 7 were done to support a new subdivision known as West Lawn East.
1. West Birch Avenue from North 61st Street to North 63rd Street. The vacation of a 60-foot wide street.
2. West Custer Avenue from North 60th Street to North 64th Street. The vacation of a 60-foot wide street.
3. West Sheridan Avenue from North 61st Street to North 64th Street. The vacation of a 60-foot wide street.
4. West Silver Spring Drive (south side) between North 60th Street and North 64th Street. The vacation of a 30-foot wide service drive.
5. North 61st Street from West Custer Avenue to West Silver Spring Drive. The vacation of a 60-foot wide street.
6. North 62nd Street from West Custer Avenue south to the northerly line of Lincoln Creek. The vacation of a 60-foot wide street.
