Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the north side of West Rohr Avenue from the east curb line of North 24^th Street to a point 300 feet east thereof from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm except Saturday and Sunday."

"On the south side of West Rohr Avenue from  North 24^th Street to a point 360 feet east thereof at any time"

"On the east side of North 24^th Street from West Rohr Avenue to West Lawn Avenue from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm except Saturday and Sunday."

"On the west side of North 24^th Street from the north curb line of West Lawn Avenue to a point 60 feet north thereof at any time."

"On the west side of North 24^th Street from the north curb line of West Rohr Avenue to a point 110 feet north thereof from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm except Saturday and Sunday."

"On the west side of North 24^th Street from West Rohr Avenue to West Lawn Avenue"

Part 2.  Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:

On East Seeboth Street from South 1^st Street to South 1^st Place
