The City cost of the projects approved by this resolution is estimated to be $396,000. The total estimated cost of these projects is $460,000.

Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

7th Aldermanic District

N. 40th St. - W. Fiebrantz Ave. to W. Hope Ave. (SM495120013) File Number 111282: Sanitary sewer relay. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $155,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $170,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2013 construction season.

12th Aldermanic District

S. 16th St. - W. Arthur Ave. to the Kinnickinnic River (SM495120137) File Number 121215: Sanitary and storm sewer lining. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $80,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $90,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2013 construction season.
