Analysis
This resolution would allow the $50,000 funding transfer between Community Advocates, and Hope House of Milwaukee, Inc. for their 2013 CDBG and ESG Shelter program.
Body
Whereas, Community Advocates, Inc. has notified the Community Development Grants Administration in the attached letter of their agreement to transfer $50,000 from their 2013 CDBG award to Hope House of Milwaukee Inc. for their Shelter activity. The 2013 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding would be as follows:

CDBG
Community Advocates, Inc. $100,744 - $50,000 = $50,744
Hope House of Milwaukee, Inc. $100,694 + $50,000 = $150,694; and

Whereas, Hope House of Milwaukee, Inc .has notified the Community Development Grants Administration in the attached letter of their agreement to transfer $50,000 from their 2013 Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG) award to Community Advocates, Inc. for their Shelter activity. The ESG funding would be as follows:

Community Advocates, Inc. $125,976 + $50,000 = $175,976

; now therefore, be it

Resolved, That the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee hereby approves the transfer of the 2013 CDBG and ESG funding and for the Shelter activity as stated above; and, be it

Further Resolved, That Hope House of Milwaukee, Inc. and Community Advocates, Inc. shall submit budget and activity reports in amounts and according to any conditions approved by the Common Council and in accordance with File Number 74-92-5v, to the Community Development Grants Administration and the City Comptroller for review and approval; and, be it
