Title

This substitute ordinance changes the rates of pay in the following departments:

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Part 1, Section 3 of ordinance File Number 120741 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:
Under Pay Range 3CN, delete the title "Electronic Technician Assistant (3)" and footnote "(3)".
Part 2. Part 1, Section 7 of ordinance File Number 120741 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:
Under Pay Range 7EN, add the title "Emergency Vehicle Equipment Installer (8) (9)" and create footnotes (8) and (9) to read as follows: "(8) Recruitment is at $1,570.47 ($40,832) for candidates with at least three years of related experience and at $1,617.58 ($42,057) for candidates with at least four years of related experience" and "(9) Employees shall receive an additional 3% when designated to act as a lead worker."
Part 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
The provisions of all parts of this ordinance are deemed to be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication.
Part 4. This ordinance will take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
