Body
Whereas, The Common Council has previously adopted resolutions authorizing the City Comptroller to transfer funds to various State or Federal Aid project subaccounts for preliminary engineering, construction engineering, plan review and development; and
Whereas, Additional planning and review during the design stage and additional work during the construction stage have resulted in increased costs charged against the projects; and
Whereas, The estimated grant funding under State I.D. 2984-23-72 was reduced from $640,000 to $575,000 due to a reduction in available funds; and
Whereas, Additional funds are, therefore, necessary for the estimated remaining Wisconsin Department of Transportation and City of Milwaukee preliminary engineering, construction engineering, plan review and development costs for these projects; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the City Comptroller is directed to transfer funds to the project grant chartfields as follows:
