Analysis
This ordinance makes the provisions of the code relating to issuance of a pawnbroker's license consistent with the requirements of s. 134.71(7)(b), Wis. Stats., that no pawnbroker's license may be transferred.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 92-1-5-e of the code is repealed and recreated to read:
92-1. Pawnbroker's License.
5. ISSUANCE; TERMS.
e. No pawnbroker license issued may be transferred.
