Analysis
This resolution grants Common Council approval of a new 40 foot wide shared driveway approach for Glendale Redevelopment LLC., Koss Corp., and The Home Depot to be installed in conjunction with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation paving of North Port Washington Road.  
Body
Whereas, North Port Washington Road from North Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive to the North City Limits (Project I.D. 2570-04-70) was approved for construction by resolution 111023; Adopted December 20, 2011; and
 
Whereas, Glendale Redevelopment LLC., Koss Corp., and the Home Depot have requested a consolidated shared driveway approach to align with West Olive Street to be constructed with the North Port Washington paving project; and
 
Whereas, The driveway approach is to be constructed in conjunction with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation's project at North Port Washington Road which is currently underway; therefore be it
 
Resolved, That the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee approves the 40 foot shared driveway approach for Glendale Redevelopment LLC., Koss Corp., and The Home Depot to be included in the construction of the Wisconsin Department of Transportation's paving of North Port Washington Road; (Project I.D. 2570-04-70).
