Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, That the following water easements are being offered to the City:
WE928C executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and Caleffi North America Inc., for a permanent water main easement on the East side of Selig Drive (Private) at South 39th Street Extended from West Milwaukee Road to 316’ S/O West Milwaukee Road, in the City of Milwaukee.
WE944 executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and Giuffre VIII, LLC, for a permanent water main easement in C.S.M. No. 8264, Lot 1 at 400’ E/O North 25th Street, from West Mount Vernon Avenue to the Soo Line Railroad Company ROW, in the City of Milwaukee.
WE945 executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and Wal-Mart Real Estate Business Trust, for a permanent water main easement in C.S.M. No. 8399, Lot’s 1, 2, and 3, East of South 108th Street and North of West Layton Avenue, in the City of Greenfield.
WE946A and SE2829A executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and Marde Investments, LLC, for a permanent water main easement in Vacated Pedestrian Way at North Colonial Drive Extended, from North 98th Street to North Menomonee River Parkway, in the City of Milwaukee.
WE946B and SE2829B executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and Daniel and Katherine Cashmer, for a permanent water main easement in Vacated Pedestrian Way at North Colonial Drive Extended, from North 98th Street to North Menomonee River Parkway, in the City of Milwaukee.
