Resolution accepting two Water Easements and authorizing the proper City officers to execute the documents.
 
Analysis
This resolution accepts Water Easements WE-939 and WE-948 for the installation, operation, and maintenance of water mains, and authorizes the City's Commissioner of Public Works and Comptroller to execute the documents.
 
Body
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the following water easements are being offered to the City:
 
WE-939 executed by North End Phase I and II Condominium Association, for a permanent water main easement in C.S.M. No. 8062, Lot 1, in Edison Street (Private) from North Milwaukee Street to East Pleasant Street.
 
WE-948 executed by Northtown Church, for a permanent water main easement in Lands N/O the Fond Du Lac Freeway from 490' E/O North 107th Street to North 107th Street, in the City of Milwaukee.
 
Said documents being attached to and part of this resolution, are accepted, and the City's Commissioner of Public Works and Comptroller are hereby authorized to execute the easement documents on the City's behalf; and, be it
 
Further Resolved, That after said easements have been executed by the City's Commissioner of Public Works and Comptroller, they shall be forwarded to the Department of Public Works for further processing.
