Whereas, Certified Survey Map No. 8116, being a division of Lot 1, in Block 2, in the Menomonee Valley Industrial Park, being a part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 36, Township 7 North, Range 21 East, in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, was recorded as Certified Survey Map No. 8116 and Document No. 09676355 on December 3, 2008; and
Whereas, Baiba M. Rozite, a Wisconsin Land Surveyor, submitted an affidavit correcting data contained in said map pursuant to the provisions of Section 236.295, Wisconsin Statutes; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Affidavit of Correction, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File and made a part hereof as though fully set forth herein, is approved.
