Whereas, On January 18, 2012, North 10th Street between West St. Paul Avenue and West Tory Hill and North Hibernia Street between North 10th Street and West Tory Hill were vacated; and
Whereas, As part of the vacation the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation was required to grant sewer easements for sewer purposes over the vacated portions of the streets; and
Whereas, The City owns and maintains an existing 15-inch, 18-inch, and 21-inch diameter combined sewer in vacated North 10th Street and an 18-inch diameter combined sewer in vacated North Hibernia Street; and
Whereas, Sewer Easements SE-2832 and SE2833 will grant the City the right of entry in and across the property and with the right to inspect, enlarge, reconstruct and relocate as may become applicable said sewers; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the City of Milwaukee hereby accepts Sewer Easements SE-2832 and SE-2833, said Sewer Easement documents being attached to this Common Council Resolution File Number 120179 and incorporated in this resolution by reference as though set forth in full; and, be it
