Whereas, A Notice of Proceeding was received by the City in Docket No. 5-UR-106, which provided 14 days for the City to intervene; and
Whereas, The City Attorney at the request of the Mayor's office, intervened in the matter so as to preserve the City's rights; and
Whereas, The City may be significantly impacted by the steam and electricity rate increases proposed by WE Energies and/or its subsidiaries or affiliates; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the City Attorney's office is authorized to intervene in PSC docket number 5-UR-106 on the City's behalf and to protect the City's interests in that proceeding.
