The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 350-237-2-c of the code is repealed and recreated to read:
350-237. Exclusion from Benefits.
2. BENEFITS EXCLUDED.
c. Employees with the following job titles shall not be eligible for any benefits:
c-1. Crossing guards.
c-2. Engineering inspection assistant.
c-3. Fire medical officer.
c-4. Library circulation aide.
c-5. Municipal court commissioner.
c-6. Police telecommunicator assistant.
c-7. Temporary election laborer.
c-8. Temporary office assistant I.
c-9. Temporary office assistant II.
c-10. Traffic control assistant.
