Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:
On the south side of East Locust Street from North Bartlett Avenue to a point 50 feet west
On the south side of East Locust Street from North Newhall Street to a point 120 feet east
On the south side of East Locust Street from North Newhall Street to a point 70 feet west
On the south side of East Locust Street from a point 20 feet west of North Cambridge Street to a point 70 feet west of North Newhall Street except buses
On the south side of East Locust Street from a point 120 feet east of North Newhall Street to a point 100 feet east thereof on school days from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM except buses
On the west side of North 94th Street from West Metcalf Place to a point 320 feet south on school days from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM except buses
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the south side of East Locust Street from the west curb line of North Bartlett Avenue to a point 50 feet west thereof at any time"
"On the east side of South Allis Street from a point 563 feet north of the north curb line of East Lincoln Avenue to a point 182 feet north thereof at anytime"
"On North 32nd Street from a point 375 feet south of the south curb line of West Hampton Avenue to a point 90 feet further south thereof at any time"
"On the east side of North 32nd Street from a point 237 feet south of the south curb line of West Hampton Avenue to a point 115 feet further south thereof, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
Part 3. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the west side of the east roadway of North 85th Street from West Auer Avenue to a point 40 feet north
On the east side of the west roadway of North 85th Street from West Auer Avenue to a point 35 feet north
On the east side of the west roadway of North 85th Street from a point 120 feet north of West Auer Avenue to a point 15 feet north thereof
On the north side of West Auer Avenue from North 85th Street to a point 60 feet west
On the east side of North 8th Street from a point 85 feet north of West State Street to a point 125 feet north thereof
On the west side of North 8th Street from a point 170 feet north of West State Street to a point 125 feet north thereof
On the west side of North 32nd Street from a point 655 feet south of West Hampton Avenue to a point 35 feet south thereof
On the east side of North 61st Street from West Lisbon Avenue to a point 30 feet north
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the east side of South 39th Street from West National Avenue to a point 300 feet north"
Part 5. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of South 39th Street from a point 150 feet north of West National Avenue to a point 150 feet north thereof
