Analysis

This resolution approves a contract for services between City of Milwaukee and Sharon McGuire.

Body

Whereas, Sharon McGuire, as a former Department of Public Works employee, is knowledgeable and experienced in reviewing parking and tow citations; and

Whereas, The City Attorney's Office is desirous of utilizing Sharon McGuire's knowledge and expertise in the area to provide limited backup for the Parking Citation Review Manager; and

Whereas, A copy of a proposed contract between the City of Milwaukee and Sharon McGuire is attached to the file; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the City Attorney is hereby directed to enter into a contract with Sharon McGuire in substantially the same form as the contract attached to this file, to be paid out of Reimbursable Account Number 0007 1490 9901 R999 943085.  The amount will be billed to the Parking Fund, Account Number 040 6610 R999 637501.
