Whereas, The amount of HOME Investment Partnership funds available for reprogramming is $2,264,246; and

Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee previously approved under file number 111366 the 2012 HOME Entitlement award for CHDO Operating to Select Milwaukee, Inc. in the amount of $46,500; and

Whereas, The new 2012 HOME Appropriations Law required CDGA to adjust the Select Milwaukee activity to Homebuyer Assistance Rehabilitation and use CDBG funding in the amount of $46,500; and

Whereas, CDGA recommends the award of 2012 HOME Entitlement funds from Select Milwaukee are awarded to the Legacy Redevelopment Corp. for the Affordable Housing-CHDO activity and CHDO Operating activity in the amounts of $26,500 and $20,000 respectively; now therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the reprogramming awards are approved for the organizations in Attachment A in the amount of $2,264,246 and Legacy Redevelopment Corp. is awarded $46,500 from the 2012 HOME Entitlement funding; and, be it

Further Resolved, That the Community Development Grants Administration is responsible for awarding a subrecipient contract for these approved activities; and, be it

Further Resolved, That the subrecipient organizations shall submit budget and activity reports in amounts and according to any conditions approved by the Common Council and in accordance with File Number 74-92-5v, to the Community Development Grants Administration and the City Comptroller for review and approval; and, be it

Further Resolved, That payments for HOME cost incurred shall be paid in accordance with approved HOME reimbursement policy based on the approval by the Community Development Grants Administration and the City Compt...
