Title
Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Two-Family Residential to Multi-Family Residential, for consolidation of land, on land located on the east side of North 25th Street, north of West Kilbourn Avenue, in the 4th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This zoning change was initiated by the City of Milwaukee to allow for 924 North 25th Street to be joined with 940 North 25th Street, which is zoned RM6. The City sold 924 North 25th Street to the owner of 940 North 25th Street to be used as green space for the existing residential building.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-501.3(c).0004. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 924 North 25th Street, part of Tax Key No. 389-0706-100, from Two-Family Residential (RT3) to Multi-Family Residential (RM6).
