Title

Analysis
This amendment was requested by Russ Darrow Group and will increase the maximum height of freestanding signs for 11212 West Metro Boulevard (Russ Darrow Nissan) from 14 feet to 18 feet 6 inches.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee (“Common Council”), do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances (“Code”) a new section to read as follows:

Section 295-907(2)(a).0069.

(1) In accordance with the provisions of Section 295-907(2) of the Code relating to the procedures and establishment of planned development districts, the Common Council approves the subject amended General Planned Development, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit A which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and made a part as though fully set forth herein.

(2) The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the properties located at: 11212 West Metro Boulevard, Tax Key No. 114-0172-000; 11301 West Metro Boulevard, Tax Key No. 114-0112-100; 11330 West Metro Boulevard, Tax Key No. 114-0161-000; 11100 West Metro Boulevard, Tax Key No. 114-0171-000; 11011 West Metro Boulevard, Tax Key No. 114-0181-000; 10821 West Metro Boulevard, Tax Key No. 114-0183-000; 6875 North 107th Street, Tax Key No. 114-0192-000; 6865 North 107th Street, Tax Key No. 114-0193-000; 10851 West Metro Boulevard, Tax Key No. 114-0182-000; and 6885 North 107th Street, Tax Key No. 114-0191-000, Eighth Amendment to General Planned Development (GPD).
