He added that he has called police. Mr. Arensen testified that his business next door has endured repeated window damage as a result of the operations of the bar over the past several years, which has played a factor in the cancellation of his business insurance for his business. He added that garbage at the bar gets picked up once a month. Mr. Wazagow testified to witnessing patrons squealing tires, revving engines, and engaging in reckless driving with their cars during evenings from Friday through Sunday. He added that he has witnessed patrons dancing in the bar and outside, sex shows outside of the bar, and patrons fighting. Mr. Wazagow played an audio clip to the committee of an occasion when he witnessed patrons fighting. Ald. Perez moved to make a written complaint and pictures, provided by Mr. Wazagow, as part of the record. There were no objections. Mr. Wazagow said that his written complaint and pictures submitted to the committee reflected as to events that he has personally witnessed within the last calendar year. Ms. Nelson said that she has come to oppose the license for the third or fourth time. She testified to witnessing windows rattling from loud music, fights, patrons squealing the tires of their cars, and a drug deal on the outside of the bar involving a patron. She added that she objected to the licenses due to the shooting incident mentioned in the police report and due to penalties that the bar received from the past concerning its licenses, which included a 60 day suspension, multiple warning letters, and denial of its entertainment license. Ald. Perez moved to make two police incident reports, provided by Ms. Nelson, as part of the record. There were no objections. Mr. Petrie, on behalf of Urban Anthropology, opposed to the license based upon strong objections from residents and the neighborhood.
