Title
Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Industrial-Office to Industrial-Mixed, for future development, on lands located on the south side of West Harrison Avenue, west of South 5th Street, in the 14th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This zoning change was requested by Van Buren Management and will allow for future development of the site.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-801.3.0024. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 2607 South 5th Street, Tax Key No. 498-0807-110; 2621 South 5th Place, Tax Key No. 498-0804-111; 2611 South 5th Place, Tax Key No. 498-0803-000; 2651 South 5th Street, Tax Key No. 498-0807-211; 2607 South 5th Place, Tax Key No. 498-0802-000; and 2601 South 5th Place, Tax Key No. 498-0801-000, from Industrial-Office (IO2) to Industrial-Mixed (IM).
