Title
A substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Local Business to Two-Family Residential, for land consolidation purposes, on lands located on the southeast corner of East North Avenue and North 1st Street, in the 6th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This zoning change was requested by St. Marcus Ev. Lutheran Church and will allow for the parcel at 101 East North Avenue to be combined with the rest of the church and school campus, which is zoned RT4.
Body
Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-501.2(c).0009. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 101 East North Avenue, Tax Key No. 353-1932-000, from Local Business (LB2) to Two-Family Residential (RT4).
