Analysis
This ordinance extends the specified area for which the 24-hour restriction is increased to 5 days consecutively to include the following:
 
The streets bounded by and including E. Locust St., N. Downer Ave., E. Bradford Ave.,  N. Prospect Ave., E. Windsor Ave., N. Cambridge Ave. , E. North Ave., and N. Oakland Ave.
 
Beginning on March 1 of each year and ending on November 30, vehicles will not be permitted to remain standing in one place on highways in the specified areas for more than 5 days consecutively. All other parking restrictions and parking permit requirements shall remain in effect in the specified areas, including metered parking, hourly restrictions and parking prohibitions.

Part 1.  Section 101-27-1-a-2-a of the code amended to read:
 
101-27. All Night Parking.
