Analysis
This zoning change for 1688 North Humboldt Avenue was requested by Vella Real Estate Holdings LLC and will allow for expansion of Sciortino's Bakery.
Body
Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-601.2.0041. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 1688 North Humboldt Avenue, Tax Key No. 359-0614-000, from Two-Family Residential (RT4) to Local Business (LB2).
