Title
A substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Industrial-Heavy to Industrial-Mixed, to expand permitted uses, on lands located on the northwest corner of South 12th Street and West Pierce Street, in the 12th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This zoning change was requested by 1236 West Pierce Street LLC and will allow for an expanded list of uses to be permitted in the existing, multi-story building located at 1236 West Pierce Street.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-801.3.0023. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 1236 West Pierce Street, Tax Key No. 427-0170-112, from Industrial-Heavy (IH) to Industrial-Mixed (IM).
