Title
A substitute ordinance to further amend the 2012 offices and positions in the City Service.

Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 110441 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1, 2012 - December 25, 2011):
Under “Unified Call Center”, delete one position of “Communications Assistant IV” and add one position of “UCC Customer Service Representative IV”; delete ten positions of “Communications Assistant III” and add ten positions of “UCC Customer Service Representative III”; and delete six auxiliary positions of “Communications Assistant III” and add six auxiliary positions of “UCC Customer Service Representative III”.
Part 2. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 110441 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 2, 2012 - January 8, 2012):
Under “Department of Neighborhood Services, eliminate the heading “Nuisance and Environmental Health Division”.
Under “Residential Inspection Division, add one position of “Environmental Code Enforcement Manager (X)(Y)” immediately following the title “Building Codes Enforcement Manager (X)(Y)” and add the sections “Environmental Health Section” and “Operation Immediate Cleanup (A)” immediately following the section “Residential Rental Inspection Program”.
Under “Department of Public Works, Operations Division, Sanitation Section, Field Operations”, delete four positions of “Sanitation Worker” and add four positions of “Self-Help Yard Attendant”.
