Title
A substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Industrial-Office to Industrial-Mixed, to expand permitted uses, for lands located on the west side of South 13th Street, south of West Cleveland Avenue, in the 14th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This zoning change was requested by the Alex Torbica and the Maric Family Trust and will allow for an increase in permitted uses for an existing, multi-story building located at 2745 South 13th Street.
Body
Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-801.3.0022.
 
The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 2745 South 13th Street, Tax Key No. 496-1632-118, from Industrial-Office (IO2) to Industrial-Mixed (IM).
