Analysis
This ordinance revises provisions of the code for purposes of correcting errors, clarifying language and eliminating obsolete provisions.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 68-01 of the code is amended to read:
68-01. Adoption of State Code. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the city of Milwaukee adopts chs. 97 and 98, Wis. Stats., chs. ATCP 75, 80, 88 and DHS 196, Wis. Adm. Code, as amended, and where pertaining specifically to food operation premises, [[Comm 14, 16, and 61 to 65]] >>SPS 314, 316, and 361 to 365,<
Part 2. Section 80-10-6-a-2 of the code is amended to read:
80-10. Chronic Nuisance Premises.
6. CHRONIC NUISANCE PREMISES.
a-2. A statement that the premises owner >>or other responsible party<< has been billed, on 3 or more separate dates, for the costs of enforcement within a one-year time period, along with a concise description of the nuisance activities, bills and relevant sections of the code.

Part 3. Section 81-77 of the code is repealed.

Part 4. Section 200-61-3-a-1 of the code is repealed.

(Note: The provisions being repealed read as follows:

200-61. Architectural Review Board.
3. COMPOSITION.
