Department of Administration, Comptroller, Fire Department, Health Department and Department of Neighborhood Services

Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 110441 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is amended as follows:

Under "Department of Administration, Community Development Grants Administration Division", amend footnote "(B)" to read as follows: “(B) To expire 3/7/14 unless the Neighborhood Stabilization Program grant is extended”; amend footnote "(C)" to read as follows: “(C) To expire 6/30/14 unless the Community Development Block Grant-Recovery Program or the Green Jobs Innovation Fund Program is extended”.

Under "Comptroller's Office, Revenue and Cost Division", amend footnote "(D)" to read as follows: “(D) To expire 3/7/14 unless the Neighborhood Stabilization Program grant is extended.”

Under "Department of Administration, Office of Environmental Sustainability", amend footnote "(D)" to read as follows: "To expire 12/31/2012 unless the SunShot Solar Grant from the United States Department of Energy is renewed or new energy-related grants are awarded to fund the position."

Under “Health Department”, create footnote “(M)” to read as follows: “To expire 5/25/12 unless the Public Health 101 Grant from the UW-Milwaukee School of Public Health is extended” and add footnote “(M)” to the title of “Public Health Research & Policy Director (X) (Y) (K) (AA)”.
