Resolution relative to the 2012 Capital Improvement Program to provide funds for the maintenance of the underground conduit manholes at various locations.
Analysis
This resolution provides funds for the inspection, repair and the replacement of underground conduit manholes at various locations due to the age and condition of the manholes, and it authorizes the transfer of the remaining 2011 funds for the general purposes indicated:

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Department of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to inspect, repair and replace underground conduit manholes at various locations; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the Comptroller's office is authorized and directed to transfer $300,000 from the Underground Conduit Manhole Reconstruction budget, Account Number ST285120000 to the general purpose sub-account indicated below:
