Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the north side of West Wells Street from North 8^th Street to a point 55 feet east"

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of West State Street from North 8^th Street to a point 55 feet east

On the west side of North Newhall Street from East North Avenue to a point 390 feet north from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through Friday

On the east side of South 5^th Street from a point 350 feet north of West Layton Avenue to a point 130 feet north thereof from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM Monday through Friday

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the west side of South Howell Avenue from East Rosedale Avenue to East Deer Place"

"On North Oakland Avenue from East Linnwood Street to East Kenwood Boulevard from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of South Howell Avenue from East Dover Street to East Rosedale Avenue

Part 5.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On North Oakland Avenue from East Linnwood Street to East Kenwood Boulevard from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday
