Whereas, The claimant, Cathedral Place, LLC, C.I. File No. 11-L-57, has filed a claim against the City of Milwaukee in the amount of $12,488.93, and
Whereas, The City has agreed to settle the claim in the amount of $12,488.93, and
Whereas, The City Attorney recommends and the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee deems it expeditious and just to pay this claim; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that proper city officers be and hereby are authorized and directed to issue a City check in the amount of $12,488.93, payable to the order of Cathedral Place, LLC, 788 North Jefferson Street, Suite 800, Milwaukee, WI 53202-3700, in full and final payment of this claim, upon receipt of a release of claim, approved as to form and execution by the City attorney; said amount to be charged to Damages and Claims Account-006300 - Fund No. 0410 - Organization 6410 - Program 2631 - Sub Class R643.
