Title

A substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Institutional to Local Business, for future redevelopment, on land located on the northwest corner of West Center Street and North 35th Street, in the 15th Aldermanic District.

Analysis

This zoning change was initiated by the City of Milwaukee and will allow for flexibility in future redevelopment of the site, which is along a commercial corridor.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

Section 295-601.2.0038. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 3516 West Center Street, Tax Key No. 308-1162-000, from Institutional (TL) to Local Business (LB2).
