Title
A substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Industrial-Heavy to Industrial-Mixed, for redevelopment of the building, on lands located on the north side of West Pierce Street, east of South 16th Street, in the 12th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This zoning change was requested by Sherman Associates and will allow for residential redevelopment of the existing building.
Body
Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-801.3.0020. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 1560-68 West Pierce Street, Tax Key No. 426-9973-000, from Industrial-Heavy (IH) to Industrial-Mixed (IM).
