Title
A substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Industrial-Office and Local Business to Industrial-Mixed, on lands located on the east side of North Teutonia Avenue, north of West Green Tree Road, in the 1st Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This zoning change was applied for by Kaiser Property Investments, on behalf of Leader Equipment, located at 3323 West Vera Avenue. Upon review, the Department of City Development expanded the proposed zoning change boundary to add 20 additional properties with existing conforming and some with non-conforming uses, which will become permitted.
Body
Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

Section 295-801.3.0021.
