Resolution permitting a minor modification to the Detailed Planned Development (DPD) known as Highbridge Condominiums, located at 1888 North Water Street, in the 3rd Aldermanic District. (DCD)
Analysis
This resolution will allow for the installation of a personal wireless facility consisting of concealed antennas and equipment within an extension of the stairwell area.
Body
Whereas, Section 295-814(5) of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances permits modifications to planned developments after approval of the Common Council; and
Whereas, The detailed plan for a planned development known as Highbridge Condominiums was approved by the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee on October 19, 1999, under File No. 990553; and
Whereas, The contractor is requesting to install a personal wireless facility consisting of concealed antennas and equipment within an extension of the stairwell area located at 1888 North Water Street; and
Whereas, The proposed personal wireless facility is consistent with the spirit and intent of the approved detailed plan, will not adversely affect surrounding development and a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit A which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and made a part as though fully set forth herein; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the minor modification to allow for the installation of a personal wireless facility consisting of concealed antennas and equipment within an extension of the stairwell area that was not previously approved as part of the Detailed Planned Development is approved.
