Oklahoma Avenue ("Ka Boom") in the 11th Aldermanic District. Written objections have not been filed by the licensee. The president questioned whether the members of the Common Council read the Report and Recommendations of the Utilities and Licenses Committee in this matter and any written exceptions, if filed by the licensee? Ayes: 15 - Ald. Herron, D'Amato, Henningsen, Bohl, Donovan, Richards, Cameron, Scherbert, Sanchez, Pawlinski, Breier, Nardelli, Murphy , Hines and President Pratt. Noes: 0. Excused: 2 - Ald. Johnson-Odom and Gordon. THE CLERK asked whether the applicant or her Counsel were present and wished to address the Council. The applicant was present. The Clerk swore in the applicant. ALD. SCHERBERT moved that the Common Council do now resolve into the Committee of the Whole for the purpose of hearing from the applicant and the City Attorney's Office relative to the foregoing matter. PROCEEDINGS OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE Ms. Carrie Cimler and Assistant City Attorney Bruce Schrimpf appeared and addressed the committee relative to the foregoing matter. ALD SCHERBERT moved that the committeee do now rise. The motion prevailed. ALD. SCHERBERT moved to amend to reduce the suspension from "30 days" to "15 days". The motion prevailed by the following vote: Ayes: 12 - Ald. D'Amato, Henningsen, Donovan, Richards, Scherbert, Sanchez, Pawlinski, Breier, Nardelli, Murphy, Hines and Pratt. Noes: 3 - Ald. Herron, Bohl and Cameron. Excused: 2 - Ald. Johnson-Odom and Gordon. ALD. PAWLINSKI moved to adopt File Number 010092 as amended.	Pass	15:0
