Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

1st Aldermanic District

N. 30th St. - W. Atkinson Ave. to W. Hampton Ave. (ST211220209) File Number 220075: Asphalt pavement resurfacing, replace curb and gutter, sidewalk and driveway approaches where necessary, sodding (24’ width of tree border area), grading, storm drainage facilities, and green infrastructure as necessary. (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $41,570; Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $495,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $560,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2024 construction season.
