Title

An  ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the east side of South 1^st Street from East Mineral Street to East Washington Street”

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of South 1^st Street from a point 45 feet north of East Washington Street to East Mineral Street

Part 3.  Section 101-23-8-c of the Code relating to Taxicab Stands is amended by striking the following:

“On the north side of East Juneau Avenue from a point 40 feet east of North Edison Street to a point 75 feet east thereof”

“On the east side of North Water Street from West Juneau Avenue to a point 160 feet north”

“On the west side of North Water Street from a point 100 feet north of East Juneau Avenue to a point 35 feet north thereof”
