This resolution authorizes payment to Cynthia Pinto in the amount of $10,000.

Body

Whereas, the claimant, Cynthia Pinto filed a claim against the City of Milwaukee in the amount of $12,701.85, and

Whereas, the City Attorney recommends and the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee deems it expeditious and just to pay this claim; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that proper city officers be and hereby are authorized and directed to issue a City check in the amount of $10,000.00, payable to the order of Cynthia Pinto, 3884 North 7th Street, Milwaukee, WI 53212, in full and final payment of this claim, upon receipt of a release of claim, approved as to form and execution by the City attorney; said amount to be charged to Damages and Claims Account-636506 - Fund No. 0410 - Organization 6411 - Program 2631 - Sub Class R643
