Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

1st and 4th Aldermanic Districts

2023 N. 27th St. and W. Highland Blvd. (SM499230003) Bioretention Maintenance (Storm Water Quality - Nonassessable Water Quality Projects to meet TMDL Requirements -- $1,000). The total estimated cost of this project is $50,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2023 construction season.

7th and 15th Aldermanic Districts

2023 N. Sherman Blvd. (SM499230004) Bioretention Maintenance (Storm Water Quality - Nonassessable Water Quality Projects to meet TMDL Requirements -- $1,000). The total estimated cost of this project is $50,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2023 construction season.

10th Aldermanic District

2023 Maintenance of Areas Under the Wisconsin Ave. Viaduct (SM499230005) (Storm Water Quality - Nonassessable Water Quality Projects to meet TMDL Requirements -- $1,000).
