Analysis
This ordinance establishes a special tavern amusement license authorizing a holder, that holds the status of an organization that is described in s. 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of the United States, of a Class “B” tavern license issued specifically for a premises upon the Henry W. Maier Festival Park grounds to give, permit, produce, present, conduct and offer entertainment or exhibitions consisting of music, dancing, singing, floor shows and cabaret performances during an event operated by the license holder upon the Henry W. Maier Festival Park grounds. Each special tavern amusement license may be issued only for one event per calendar year operating for a period of no more than 4 consecutive calendar days for a premises upon the Henry W. Maier Festival Park grounds. The fee for each special tavern amusement license shall be $100 for each day of operation of the event.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 81-119.5 of the code is created to read:

81-119.5. Tavern Amusement, Special License. The fee for each special tavern amusement license shall be $100 for each day of operation of the event.
